i accidentally reset everything on my mac and now all my bookmarks are gone and i can connect to firefox. i am trying to restore my system to 2 days ago so maybe i recover everything? But i have no idea how to do that.
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: i have used Macs for about 7 years but truthfully i am totally computer illiterate.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: my system updates automatically, i believer
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Customer: um, basically, i just want my computer the way it was 2 days ago. This all started because when i would search for something on the web, my computer would not connect, i could only view my bookmarked pages

When you have re-entered the card details, you could check with your credit card provider to see if it is blocking Just Answer for some reason. You could phone them. When it's re-entered and confirmed we can try teh Remote Desktop Assistance again.
