The internal keyboard and mouse are frozen. I have turned off the computer and restarted but can't get past the page which requires a password. I have successfully opened a wireless keyboard but don't have a mouse that works.
JA: What's the make and model of your computer? And have you had problems with this keyboard in the past?

Customer: I've tried comm alt shift with power. Have tried shift power to start up in sate mode
