Can you connect to Wifi ?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
yep
Expert:  Bhavik Joshi replied 9 months ago.

First, check your version number

  1. While pressing the Option key, choose System Information from the Apple menu.
  2. Expand the Software section and select Installations.
  3. Click the Software Name column header to sort the list alphabetically.
  4. Look for “Incompatible Kernel Extension Configuration Data.” If the most recent version installed is 3.28.1, then let me know
Customer: replied 9 months ago.
its on 3.28.2
Expert:  Bhavik Joshi replied 9 months ago.

Please restart your machine and try to connect again.

This problem came due to recent security updates installed by apple. But this is happening only with the users who are having 3.28.1 version installed on their machine.
