Is this the first time you are using the iPad or did you restore it and starting a new set up?
If you see a remote support offer generated, please do not accept (yet).
That is for pcs, or 'backing up' your ipad or phones only.
Hold down the "Sleep/Wake" button for several seconds until a red slider appears. Move your finger across the slider to turn the iPad off.
Then turn the iPad back on.
Depending on what you see/happens, we will go from there when you reset it and see what screen appears next.

Is it allowing you to put in your password ***** you select your wifi?
Okay, That id doesnt look right. did you add the .com?
then you need to set up an id/or change password ***** with the email you set up for it.
We need to put the ipad aside for a moment.
follow this link to change password ***** get your id sent to your email so you can make sure it is correct.
