Which web browser are you using?
Select Safari from the left part of your browser pull down menu
Click on Reset Safari
In the dialog box, select the following boxes:
Remove all Cookies
Remove all website icons
Choose the option to reset and after it resets, please close Safari then reopen it. The issue should be fixed now. If it is not fixed, please let me know.
