When I try to download an app it asks apple ID and password.

Customer Question

When I try to download an app it asks for my apple ID and password. Then it always rejects the password ***** sends me to reset. When I reset through the email apple sends me and then go back to the app store it just rejects the password ***** and sends me to reset.
JA: When did you last reset your Apple ID or password?
Customer: 10 miutes ago
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just the resetting process. Don'tknow where else to start....

Ok, well anyways, in the event they cannot, since you already got me here is what I would have suggested...

Use a browser to reset your password. You can go to Apple’s website to reset your password, recover your ID or unlock your account.

Apple ID Password *****: After entering this site you will see the same as on picture to the left, enter your Apple ID email address, click on “Continue”, and follow the prompts.

Recover or Unlock your Apple ID: After entering this site enter your First Name, Last Name and email address in the correct boxes and click on “Continue”, and follow the prompts.
