Customer Question

I just bought a mini iPad. I have an iPhone & a MAC book air.
I never use:***@******.*** for email...I use***@******.***
Your 'system' keeps throwing me back & forth between the 2 emails & will not let me connect to: iTunes & the Apple store.
I need your help, please, in consolidating my sign in email & password.
Thank you,
Ron Gollehon

Hi Ron,

Apple IDs cannot be merged. What exactly is going on so I can try and help you with the best possible solution?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.

Please remember I cannot see your devices so where is it popping up with those emails and what are you doing exactly?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
maybe I should just throw all of these apple appliances in this trash...this is sooooooo frustrating !!!

Ron,

It sounds like you have two Apple ID accounts on your devices which is confusing the issue with different email addresses popping up.

Take a look here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203983

Follow those steps on each device and it should clear any issue with multiple email addresses; it will have you signed into only one account.
