While working on my iPad an activation screen appeared. I have put in every password ***** have ever used and it will not accept any of them.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: Probably 3 months ago
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Rebooting. It's all I can do since I can't get past the screen
