Any results please?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
I apologize, I'm having a very frustrating time trying to respond because the page keeps redirecting. That solution did not work; I Ibelieve I said in my original narrative that I had tried resetting permissions. Any other suggestions?
Expert:  Mr.Med replied 7 months ago.

Please Try this : When you open Bridge hold down the Command + Option + Shift Choose "Reset Preferences" , "Purge Entire Thumbnail Cache", "Reset to Default Workspace"

If it doesn't work Please uninstall bridge program, reboot then reinstall.
