I would not say that of course... but just as you can decide not to pay for an answer for any reason at all I can choose not to work for certain amount either. If I do this in chat it takes longer and I get paid less so which would you choose? I can lower the amount but there are many other experts who may choose to hep you for that amount, you just have to wait longer. Sorry.
