i am getting a network error on my facebook app on iphone. When it does go i only get like two posts
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: Last night and today. All my other apps work fine.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Deleting and redownloading. Resetting the router. Forgetting the wi fi network signing back in. Could it be on there end

Hi!

It is likely that the Facebook app needs to be updated.

Open App store then click on Updates tab and Update All. Was Facebook in the list to be updated? Do you have issues with any other app?

Try this..

Hold down the Power and Home button together on your iPhone until you see the Apple icon. (it will take 15-20 seconds) After the hard reset, please check the app and see if it continues.

Nope still get the the black network error at the top

If you disconnect Wi-Fi and try opening Facebook on your 4G signal, does it work fine?

I have an lte signal and still not working

Interesting because it usually is a Wi-Fi issue.

Go to Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings

Please restart your iPhone and try again
