Customer: About 3 weeks
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None

Yes, Go to ITunes and Sign out of ITunes then Sign back in>

  1. Launch the Settings app on your iPad.
  2. Tap on iTunes & App Store.
  3. Tap on your current Apple ID at the top.
  4. Tap on Sign Out in the popup menu that appears.
