Do you have a backup in the cloud or within itunes, if so we can restore to a backup.

If not, the ipod will need to be wiped.

Connect your ipod to your compute rand open up itunes

force restart the ipod
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. Don't let go when you see the Apple logo — keep holding until you see the recovery mode screen.

When you see the option to Restore or Update, choose Restore.

iTunes will download software for your device.
Wait for the process to finish. Then you can setup and use your device.
