would be about 3 years old no problem to now I am thinking we may have entered some wrong info to Crete this problem

In addition to giving a web site to go to for help of I don't think you can remote as I cant open to give you access to look at system mate

changed Apple ID. However the device will not recognize the ID will have to take to someone local
with access to see device its hard for you to access the problem accurately

have you got a computer there ? either mac or windows though the mac would be a little easier

if you can run itunes and connect the ipad with a usb cable you should be able to reset it that way.

i can give you detailed instructions

by doing it you will restore the ipad to default and lose everything on it.

It should come back if you log in with the apple id and password ***** you were using on it before.

or log in remotely to do it with you if you want to pay a little bit extra.
