Hi there,you probably remember thismessfr the other day, my iPad will not unlock when I enter my "correct" passcode. It was working fine and now it is mot. I don't know how, but it is also Diti voice activated and driving me nuts,

Hi!

The only way to bypass the passcode screen is to perform a factory reset on the iPad which will wipe the data. If you have a recent backup, you can restore from that backup and it will recover your data.

To perform the reset:

  1. From another device, go to icloud.com/find.
  2. If prompted, sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. Click All Devices at the top of your browser window.
  4. Select the device you want to erase.
  5. Click Erase [device] to erase your device and its passcode.
