My Name is ***** ***** I look forward to assisting you today with your question.First uninstall the old flash player completely using this utility : http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/support/uninstall_flash_player_osx.dmg(Download the flash player uninstaller from the above link, open it and uninstall flash player)After that, download and install latest version of flash player from here : https://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/pdc/21.0.0.242/install_flash_player_osx.dmgClose Safari or other browsers before reinstalling flash player. After installing flash player, open Safari. Check if it is working or not. (To see the downloads, in Finder, click on Go menu at the top bar and select Downloads. This will bring Downloads folder)Please let me know if that didn't work, so we can continue troubleshooting.

Click this link and this will download the flash player uninstaller file --> https://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/support/uninstall_flash_player_osx.dmg After downloading, click on the Finder icon on dock, then click on Go menu and select Downloads. This will bring Downloads folder. Now you see a file named "uninstall_flash_player_osx.dmg" there. Double click on it to open. Then open flash player uninstaller file. Let it uninstall Then download latest flash player from this link --> https://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/pdc/21.0.0.242/install_flash_player_osx.dmg After downloading, click on the Finder icon on dock, then click on Go menu and select Downloads.
