Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Is it the (6-digit) passcode? Or is it the Apple ID password, etc.?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. If it is asking for the Apple ID password, please click on the Apple website below:

https://iforgot.apple.com

, then there, enter your email address. Then click on Continue, and follow the instructions there in order to reset your Apple password.

- If it is asking for the (6-digit) passcode, please try the following:

  1. If possible, press & hold the Power button on the iPhone until it lets you slide to turn off, then slide to power off.
  2. Open iTunes program on a Windows or Mac computer. If needed, download and install the iTunes software at the Apple website below on the computer first:
    http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
  3. Connect the iPhone to the computer with the USB Cable.
  4. On the iPhone, press and hold the Home button and the Power button at the same time.
  5. After 11 seconds release the Power button, but continue holding the Home button (for about another 10 seconds) until the iTunes program shows that it has detected an iPhone in recovery mode.
  6. Click OK or Restore / factory reset.

Note: The steps must be done correctly; you may have to try a couple of times, or so.
