Apple ID has been disabled. This is second time in a month..... It's on my iPhone

Customer: Reset my password & wanted to setup new payment for my iTunes & iCloud subscription. Everything I do it keeps saying disabled

You can go to to unlock your account with your existing password ***** to reset your password. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to unlock your account, your Apple ID will remain locked and you can try again the next day.
