I was foolishly keeping unsaved word docs open on my Macbook

Customer Question

I was foolishly keeping unsaved word docs open on my Macbook desktop when Word locked up and crashed. Upon reboot, My files came up through autosave, but there were more than one and word crashed again. You know the story, there is nothing there now, but I do have dftmp files in the recover folder of my trash can any way to revive those images?

Hi there,If you are unable to recover the previous Word document from your recovered temporary folder, then the only other process of retrieving that previous version document, would be through using Time Machine or a similar backup system.
