My iPhone got disabled when unsuccessfully putting in my passcode

Customer Question

My iPhone got disabled when unsuccessfully putting in my passcode too many times.
I set up a phone call for Apple to phone me this morning and realized that my phone is disabled and Apple cannot call my iPhone.
Do I need to go to an Apple store to get my iPHONE connected again?

Hi, thanks for using JustAnswer.com I am Cris. Are you trying to restore your iPhone?
Customer: replied 8 months ago.
No, I think I will go directly to Apple because I have to leave my shift now.

Did you still need assistance with your issue? If your phone is disabled it will have to be restored to factory settings through iTunes. If you have backed up to iCloud or iTunes you can restore your backup after the reset.

If you any questions for me I will be glad to answer them.
