After choosing your WiFi network (make sure there is a check mark next to it to ensure it is connected to it). Then tap Next at top right and follow the onscreen instructions to connect. If that didn't work, then you will see a small "Use Cellular Connection" option. Use it to continue setting up. First we can reset your iPhone and see if it works or not. Press and hold down the Power button and Home button at the same time until it shows the Apple logo. When you see the Apple logo, release the buttons and let it boot. This will boot it back to hellow screen. Try again. Please let me know if that didn't work, so we can continue troubleshooting.

I'm sorry about that. This usually happens if there is an issue with the internet connection. First we can reset your iPhone and see if it works or not. Press and hold down the Power button and Home button at the same time until it shows the Apple logo. When you see the Apple logo, release the buttons and let it boot. This will boot it back to hello screen.Connect to WiFI network and hit Next at top right. This will bring the next screen if the internet is working. If that didn't work, could you please try to connect to different WiFi network ? A WiFi connection is temporarily needed to activate the iPhone. You can connect it to any WiFi network like public wifi, library wifi etc
