I cannot get an answer from the computer about my lost I-cloud password. It involves giving information about security questions. I am sure I gave them the correct answers, but they do not recognize my answers when I feed it back to them. I either need to be able to correct my security questions or to find another way to request my I-cloud password,
Can you help me with either or both problems?
