When trying to download iOS 9.3 I get a pop up screen that says "Unable to Verify Update" and further defines "because you are no longer connected to the internet". However, I am because I can access Safari and other search engines on my iPad?

Lots of people are having this issue today, the latest update has a bug in it.
​You will need to plug your iphone into your computer and open up itunes.
From there it will show you what your apple ID is, if you don't know your password.

would not open up iOS 9.3. Turned off find my iPad and went into iPad but using sync as well "updates" it would not recognize 9.3. I will be taking to Apple Store.
