Can you please hold the home and power buttons for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple Logo, then release.
Once done, let the iPad restart and tell me please if you now get a service.

Can you please go to Settings, General, Rest, Reset Network Settings.
Once you press this, repeat the instructions we just did and tell me please if it then connects.
we just need to eliminate all causes for this which we are now doing.
