I just did the upgrade on my mini iPad. Asking me for password. I don't remember it. It will not let me go any further than that. Please help.

I can not do anything on the mini iPad. The screen does not move. The picture just shows Activate iPad.

On the iPad, please press and hold both the Power (On / Off) button and the Home button (which is located right below the screen) together for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears, then wait a bit, then check.

Brings me to screen that says enter the 4 digit number. Did that and it says updated successfully just two more steps. Brings me right back to enter password.
