Customer Question

I can not get iMovie 2016 to recognize any of the music from iTunes. Latest versions for both applications. Running a new Macbook pro with 2.8 G and Core i7, 16 gig of ram. I have done all the normal procedures except reloading the software. Got any ideas?

Hi Cliff,

Trashing your Preferences file should help.

If you aren't sure how to do this, please see: https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4061

Let me know if that works for you?
