No, I had it for about 5 months now. I was installing a new update...

Go to Settings / iTunes & App Store you don't see your Apple ID listed at the top?

No, I could not even open my phone...

It's telling me to enter the Apple ID and password ***** used to set-up lCloud.

Also, it says that a password ***** ***** to activate this phone because I used Find My iPhone to link it to Apple ID.
