- In Firefox, click on the Firefox menu at the top, then click on Preferences, then click on General. Then delete everything in the Home Page box (or type a website you want, such as google.com or yahoo.com), then close, then quit Firefox, and re-open it and check.
- If that does not work, in Firefox, click on the 3-bar icon at the upper right corner in Firefox, then click on the ? (question mark) icon at the bottom, then click on the option Troubleshooting Information. Then click on Refresh Firefox..., then click on Refresh Firefox, and and finish, and check.
