Customer Question

I have an Apple iPad 2.
I am still using iOS 5.1.1.
I used to have a docs file system with some files.
I can not, for the life of me, figure out what happened to the files.
And also all the Picasa Pictures.
Can You help?

Hi Barry,

Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.

Connect the iPad to a computer - this will help to search all of the files on it easily.

You can also search on the iPad using Spotlight.

If the files do not exist on the device then they will need to be restored from a recent backup.
