I have a MacBook Pro that my son just upgraded to Yosemite

Customer Question

I have a MacBook Pro that my son just upgraded to Yosemite version 10.10.5. --- and he is no longer here. I am using Firefox for my emails, but when I go to print an email the print is so very very tiny and cramped in the top left corner of the paper that I can't even read it. How do I get the emails to print in the regular 10 point or 12 point font size that I have been using for the past 10 years?
