Hi, My name is ***** ***** I'll be helping you today.

Not knowing what you have attempted, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Settings App and then select Touch ID & Passcode
    • After entering your passcode, Select each fingerprint and then delete each one
    • Re-add each fingerprint as you would when setting up your phone when it was new
  2. Restart your phone by holding down the power/lock button and then swipe to power off.
  3. Then restart your phone by pressing the power/lock button for a few seconds.
