Sorry to hear about your issue :(
What do you see on the iphone screen?
sorry to hear that :(
Let's try a reset first. Press and hold the power button and the home button together until you see an apple logo.
If you still get the same message, I am afraid it needs to be restored. Do you have itunes installed in the computer?
First you need to install the latest itunes to your computer. Please go to the following website
Click on "Download now"button to the left. Then download and install the itunes application.
Once you download and install itunes, open itunes in the computer and connect the iphone to the computer. The computer should give a message that the iphone needs to be restored. Restore it now.
Let me know if you don't get any message.
Have you installed itunes in your computer?
Are you using a Mac or a PC?
May I remote into your computer and have a check?
The Apple store would also be able to restore it for you. If you have anything near, you may take it there. Or if you find any difficulty, please let me know and I can fix this for you online or through phone (the phone support could cost you additional fees).
