Fixed it myself by turning off my blue tooth track pad...

The first thing I would suggest doing is disconnecting any external devices if you have any connected. They could be conflicting with your trackpad. This includes any wireless devices or accessories. If you've done that, and shut the computer down and put it back up and you still have the problem, let me know and we can do some additional troubleshooting.
