Hello there! My name is***** and I will be assisting you today. Please follow the steps below

  1. Open your Safari web browser by clicking on the Safari icon in the dock.
  2. Click on Safari in your Safari menu, located at the top of your screen.
  3. A drop-down menu will now appear. select reset or reset safari
  4. make sure all boxes have a check mark on them
  5. then click the reset/apply button ( button right hand corner of the window)
