I just updated my iOS software on my iPad to ver 9.2. It appears to have eliminated all my bookmarks, and when I try to save a bookmark, the window comes up, I click 'save' and nothing happens. The bookmark does not show up in my list. I am using safari,

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Please press and hold both the Power (On / Off) button and the Home button (which is located right below the screen) together for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears, then wait a bit, then check

- If that does not work, please open Settings app icon, then tap on the option Safari on the left (scroll down on the left as needed), then scroll down on the right, then tap on the option Clear history / website data and Clear then check.
