I keep having this pop-up ABOUT:BLANK) from last week whenever i go to pay my bills, i contact the bank, I was told it's not their their system it has nothing to do with the bank. I will have to call apple. I cannot submit payments to anyone. please help.

Hello there! Please follow the steps below

  1. Open your Safari web browser by clicking on the Safari icon in the dock.
  2. Click on Safari in your Safari menu, located at the top of your screen.
  3. A drop-down menu will now appear. Please click reset safari or just reset
  4. A warning dialog will now appear detailing the items that will be removed.
  5. Click ok/apply then try and log into your bank again.
