Hello there! Sounds like thier is an issue with your apple tvs software and we will need to restore it. Use the steps below to fix this issue
On Apple TV (4th generation), select Settings > System > Reset.
On Apple TV (2nd and 3rd Generation), select Settings > General > Reset.
Select restore to factory settings.
You can log back in after it is done to get your apps/media that you purchased.
