Using a Mac.

Thanks for confirming.

Are you able to copy any other file to your thumb drive, other than music?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I was able to copy a Mac Word document, but nothing else I tried.
Expert:  IT Miro replied 1 year ago.

The error -43 means "file not found". Please try to copy the CD music to another location, for example to desktop. If you can do that, you can then copy the files from desktop to your thumb drive.

I think I fixed it. Couldn't send emails, so I tried rebooting and found Ibook was blocking it. When I did reboot it worked.

Great! I am glad it is working!
