Expert:  John T. F. replied 1 year ago.

Ok,

from a computer, test out that the ID is working properly by signing into the Apple ID management site:

https://appleid.apple.com/ (Click "Manage Your Apple ID")

Are you able to sign in?

My account was locked for trying too many times
Expert:  John T. F. replied 1 year ago.

Ok, When you see one of these alerts, you can go to iforgot.apple.com to unlock your account with your existing password ***** to support.apple.com/en-us/HT201487. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to unlock your account, your Apple ID will remain locked and you will have to wait to try again the next day.
