Only if it has been updated to 184.108.40.206. if you can update Quark before updating the system that will be a lot easier and save you a lot of grief too.
I assure you this is not a scam... you can talk to customer service... the first amount may have been a deposit all of which is fully refundable but I don't know about any monthly subscription... I don't know anything about your account. I just answer questions and I answered you a month ago. You never came back and replied or rated me so I am not paid either. You can work this out with customer service but I want to know if that fully answered your question first? Thanks.
