THE PROBLEM IS:
Even though I was able to email to the printer and it worked, none of my devices is able to print pictures, mail, etc. unless I turn off the printer, then turn it back on with the printer icon up (messaging "Printer offline"). When the printer is up again, it prints only the Jobs that have been requested.

Hi Eric,

Is the printer connected with a wire, or wirelessly?

If it is connected wirelessly, does it print ok if you connect it with a wire?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
My printer is connected to the Apple wi-fi by a wire.

Can you try restarting all of the wireless equipment (modem/router, etc) then try again?

If it still won't print, try connecting the printer with a cable and let me know if it works ok then?
