Hi my name is ***** ***** I'll do whatever I possibly can to help with your question.

Downgrading the operating system is not usually the right way to fix this or any type of problem.

What login is it asking for? Is it asking for a passcode to access the Home screen? Or is it a service, like Google, Apple, or Microsoft?

Let me know any details of the login, and we can figure out what the best way to resolve it will be.

Thanks in advance.
