Hello there! If you still have the hard drive from the old computer you can use whats known as a hard drive enclosure and access all the data from the drive.

this device will allow you to read both types of hard drives laptop or dekstop ( mac or pc)

Isn't there a way to access "my purchases" at iTunes and download them?
Expert:  Johnny Mack replied 1 year ago.

Yes we can access your purchased items easily just follow these steps

  1. Open iTunes.
  2. Click the itunes store icon. Then click Sign In, and then enter your Apple ID and password.
  3. Click your name and select Purchased from the account menu.
  4. Click "Not in My Library" to view purchased content that isn't on your computer.
  5. Scroll to find the item that you want to download.
  6. Click the Download icon in the upper-right corner of the item that you want to download. Your song downloads to your library.
