Hello there! Itunes must be uninstalled in a specific order. When itunes is first installed it actually installs a couple of different programs ( that it depends on to work)

Click the start icon

select system prefrences then uninstall these programs in this order

  1. iTunes
  2. Apple Software Update
  3. Apple Mobile Device Support
  4. Bonjour
  5. Apple Application Support

Then reset/restart your pc.

After the reset install itunes from apple.com/itunes
