I'm sorry about the issue. Please turn it all the way off (press and hold Power On/Off button, then slide to power off), then turn it back on, then do not open anything yet. But open the Settings app icon. Then scroll down on the left as needed, then tap on the option Safari. Then tap on the option Clear History and Website Data (or Clear Cookies and Data), then click on Clear. Then open Internet and check.
