My Apple ID got disabled on my I pad. I corrected the id on my pc. My kindle works too. Please help me!

Hello there! Please follow the steps below to restore your ipad.

Plug your device into your computer with a USB cable.
Turn off the device.
Hold the Power button for 3 seconds.
Hold the Home and Power buttons for 10 seconds.
Release the Power button but keep holding the Home button.
After about 15 seconds you will be alerted by iTunes saying that it has detected a device in Recovery Mode.

Make sure the device screen is blank and no logos are present
Restore with itunes as a new device.

I am too stupid to do this. I cannot see where the cable goes on this iPad. I am not a Mac user. I am beginning to not like Mac Mac is not my friend.

OK I finally figured out the cable to my phone would work as a USB cable to my PC. I followed the instructions never got any indication that Apple iTunes knew what was going on. iPad came back on to the login screen. Didn't want to login because then all the icons which show. What do I do now?
