I have an I pad mini that is a little over two years old. For some reason I cannot shut it down and also when I try to sign on it acts like it is frozen. I am asking you for help on this or if it is worn out please let me know. Thank you very much. I am quite frustrated.

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Can you please try this on the iPad mini: Press and hold both the Power (On / Off) button and the Home button (which is located right below the screen) together for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears, then wait a bit, then check.
