Which browser are you using to access Facebook? Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Chrome?
Click on the 3 lines in the upper right hand corner
Click on More Tools then Clear Browsing History
In the popup box, check the following boxes:
Cookies and other site plug-ins
Cached images and files
Make sure the top dropdown box says "Obliterate: BEGINNING OF TIME"
Click on Clear Browsing Data
Close all Chrome windows
Reopen and try Facebook again
Does Facebook work in other browsers?
Is that the only page that is having an issue?
