To clarify, I want to be able to do this from within MS Word for Mac

Hi there,

It isn't possible to have two outputs from one Automator.

You could save all .docx files and then run a batch conversion to .pdf

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No, I am not looking for a batch conversion. Others are doing this somehow - what other options do I have to accomplish this? AppleScript?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Or - what about Macros
Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.

Yes, AppleScript could be used to achieve this.

Are you able to help me with this?
Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.

I will open up this question to the other experts to see if one of them can create a script for you.
