To get started, I need to know what type of computer you're using.Windows XP, Widows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Or a Mac.If it's a Mac, please check the OSX version as follows.Click the apple sign at the top left of your screen, then click about this mac. And then where it says version, send that to me as a reply.
All you should have to do, is go to your playlist pages. Right click your playlist, and then click " burn playlist"
Let me know if that works or not~

And question. Do you have a blank CD inserted before you try to burn the playlist?
It is compatible. Maybe its not recognizing your CD drive.. Can you check as follows
Edit > Preferences, click Advanced, and click Burning
Also, if you would prefer I can connect to your computer from here and resolve the issue on screen. If you would like to try that additional service, let me know.
It does. I will send you the offer now, if you feel its too much, we can continue via written word instead.
I sent the offer for the screen sharing, you never rejected it or accepted it.
Did you you check and see if itunes could see your burner as I suggested?
In itunes, click Edit > Preferences, click Advanced, and click Burning
